EMDC offers free virtual workshops that guide job seekers as they learn, grow and pursue education, training or meaningful employment.
See if EMDC is a fit for you at one of our Information Sessions on Tuesdays at 11:00am. Enroll & begin planning with our Assessment Workshop on Wednesdays at 2:00pm on Zoom. Identify your interests at Career Exploration on Tuesdays at 10:00am. Attend ongoing industry-specific trainings with education partners statewide. Prepare for an upcoming interview at our Job Readiness Workshop on Thursdays at 1:00pm.
We also offer a 10-week virtual training academy for people ages 16-24. The Young Mainer’s Workforce Academy keeps young people in Maine by connecting them with local career and education opportunities while they earn a paycheck.
