Local Program Offers On-the-Job Training for Laid Off Workers

Eastern Maine Development Corporation (EMDC) has funding available for On-the-Job Training (OJT) for individuals who were laid off from their jobs in Penobscot, Piscataquis, or Hancock County and are interested in working in one of the following 5 sectors: Information Technology, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Construction/Boat Building.
