Our service area is home to small boat builders and large ship builders, as well as the University of Maine’s Advanced Structures and Composites Center. Maine’s long history of producing boats and ships dates back several hundred years. That rich heritage, coupled with vast knowledge and world-leading education makes Eastern Maine an ideal location for leaders in the composites and boat building industries.
